Fitness Kickboxing - ages 13-up
If you're looking for a great martial arts workout, but without the formal aspects of the belts and uniforms, then kickboxing is for you. Hitting the heavybags is both cardio and strength training in one. And more than just an amazing workout, you will develop self-defense skills, improve coordination, balance, flexibility, and focus!
Along with blasting the targets, a variety of conditioning exercises are mixed in. No two classes are ever the same. And more than just physical exercise, this class is a great way to get rid of stress and quiet the mind.
